For the 2024 Chocolate Affair, Taysia decided to tip her baker's hat to the British Trifle with an American twist and a candied orange finish. This delectable treat included layers of chocolate cake, orange jelly, and dark chocolate ganache, encased in rich dark chocolate and garnished with crystalized candied orange peel.
